A sweetheart gown for Lake Como, designed over three video calls
Chloé from Melbourne on designing her dress from 16,000 km away.

Chloé found us through a friend's wedding photographs and booked a consultation from Melbourne at eight in the evening, which was eleven in the morning in Prizren. On the first call we talked about the venue and the season; by the third we had a sweetheart neckline, French lace on a champagne lining and thirty-two covered buttons down the back.
Her measurements were taken over video with Teuta, who walked her through each one with a tape measure and a patient sister holding the phone. The calico toile arrived in Melbourne nine days later, and the fitting on camera took forty minutes.
The distance turned out to be the easy part. The hard part, she says, was choosing between two lengths of train.
