Is the bridal consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation is free, and there's no obligation to order afterwards.
How does the consultation work?
It's a 45-minute video call with Fatlinda or one of our bridal designers, or a visit to the atelier in Prizren if you're nearby. Send the form with the days and times that suit you, and we reply within one working day to confirm a time.
Which languages can we speak in?
English, Albanian, Italian, German or French. Choose the language for the call in the form.
What will we talk about?
Your venue, the season and how you want to feel on the day; silhouettes, necklines, sleeves and fabrics, with samples on camera; your timeline, and how measuring and fittings work from home; and a first idea of price, so there are no surprises later.
What should I prepare?
Gather a few pictures you love: dresses, details, the venue. Nothing needs to be decided yet.
Do I need a wedding date to book?
No. If your date isn't set yet, leave that field empty.
Which time zone are the times in?
Yours. We read the days and times you give us in your own time zone, so you can book from anywhere.
