Every dress, cut for you
Almost every piece in the collection can be made to your own measurements instead of a standard size. It costs nothing extra and adds about ten days before your dress leaves the atelier.
How it works
- Choose your dress and select Made to measure on the product page, with your colour and length.
- Check out as usual. Right after payment we email you our video guide.
- Measure at home. The guide takes about ten minutes with a soft tape measure and a friend to help. You enter the numbers in your account (or from the link in the email).
- We cut and sew it in Prizren. One seamstress follows your dress from cutting to the final press.
- It ships to your door, duties included in most countries.

Does made to measure cost extra?
On almost every piece, no: made to measure costs the same as a standard size. Where a piece has a surcharge, the product page shows it next to the option.
How long does a made-to-measure dress take?
Made to measure adds about ten days before your dress leaves the atelier, counted from when we have your measurements. Standard sizes ship in 2 business days. Bridal gowns take longer, and every product page shows the time for that piece.
How do I take my measurements?
Right after payment we email you our video guide. It takes about ten minutes with a soft tape measure and a friend to help, and you enter the numbers in your account or through the link in the email.
Can someone help me measure?
Yes. Book a free video fitting with the atelier and we'll take your measurements with you.
Do you ship made-to-measure orders worldwide?
Yes. Every order ships by express courier from our atelier in Prizren, Kosovo. In most countries the price already includes import duties and taxes, so nothing is due on delivery; elsewhere they are calculated and paid at checkout.
Can I return a made-to-measure piece?
Pieces cut to your measurements can't be returned, but if something doesn't fit as it should, we alter it free of charge.
Do I need to measure again next time?
No. With an account, your measurements are saved, so your next made-to-measure order needs nothing more than a click.
