Gowns in our bridal collection start at €400. Prices are in euros, and in most countries import duties and taxes are already included, so nothing is due on delivery. If you design your own gown, your designer quotes the final price once the design is set.

Yes. Every gown in the collection can be cut to your own measurements. After you order, we email you our video guide: it takes about ten minutes with a soft tape measure and someone to help, and you enter the numbers in your account. One seamstress follows your gown from cutting to the final press.

Our bridal gowns take about 30–120 days to make, counted from when we have your measurements, before they leave the atelier in Prizren. Each gown's page shows its own time. Express delivery comes on top, so start as soon as your date is set.

Yes. The consultation is a video call, you take your measurements at home with our video guide, and your gown ships worldwide by express courier from our atelier in Prizren, Kosovo. In most countries duties and taxes are included in the price; elsewhere they are calculated and paid at checkout.

Yes, and it's free: a 45-minute video call with Fatlinda or one of our bridal designers, in English, Albanian, Italian, German or French. You can also see us at the atelier in Prizren.

Yes. In Design your own you choose a silhouette, neckline, sleeves and fabric, add up to five pictures you love, and a bridal designer replies within one working day. Nothing is final: we refine every detail together.

Bridal gowns are cut to your measurements, so they can't be returned. If something doesn't fit as it should, we alter it free of charge.
